Southern pride have been manufacturing commercial smokers for 38 years and continue to produce the biggest wood burning smokers in the world.
Southern Pride smokers utilises real wood such as hickory, mesquite, oak or any other type of hardwood. The gas units impinges the wood to provide the smoke. The gas fire is also the primary heat source for the smoker and maintains the temperature set point selected by the operator.
Southern pride commercial gas smokers can smoke from a few hundred pounds of meat to a few thousand pounds of meat per cooking cycle dependant on the model.

HICKORY WOOD SMOKER, no pellets just real log flavour
LOAD & LEAVE, as the smoke penetration occurs within the first two hours there is no need to top up the wood. Our logs will last a full 4-6 hour cook off and give a true log burning flavour.
GAS PULSE SYSTEM, eliminates acrid smoke taste by pulsing the gas burner to ignite the wood.
SUBTERTHERMIC FLUE, a unique patented process that holds a layer of smoke inside the cabinet. This improves smoke penetration to enhance the smoke flavour  and give that valuable smoke ring.
CONVECTION AIR FAN, allows even temperature throughout the smoker ensuring no hotspots.

Season the Product

Choose from any one of the five Southern Pride Seasonings – Premium blend, Rib seasoning, Ultimate Steak seasoning, Poultry Blend seasoning and Southern Pride BBQ sauce mix. then sprinkle over the meat. Or create your own signature sauces.

Load the Product

Smokers range from 275 Ibs to a whopping 3000 Ibs.

Load the Wood

No pellets just real log flavour of Hickory, Mesquite, Oak to name but a few.

Set the Temperature

Self regulated digital temperature control provides a constant temperature to assure maximum yield and the gas pulse system eliminates the acrid smoke taste by pulsing the gas burner to ignite the wood.

Relax
